Delivery Policy: is it just with regards to who does our deliveries – if yes

Then: We deliver nationwide via courier guy.
Standard deliveries of in stock sets will take 2-3 days to arrive with you after your order has been placed. You will receive an email with a waybill to track your order.
Sets that aren’t in stock need to be ordered- it takes 12 days to arrive with us and thereafter we ship out to you via courier guy.

Returns:

For hygienic purposes of the undergarments we only accept returns within 2 days after delivery and ONLY if the garments haven’t been tried on.

We do not accept returns if it is not in the same condition that we sent the set/sets in or within the 2 day time period.

With regards to the pjs, we will accept returns only if it is sent back within 2 days after delivery and in the exact same condition as what it arrives in.
